Chevron Rod Packing
Multi-piece chevron rod packing sets for heavy duty hydraulic cylinders. A K01 set stacks a header ring, fabric-reinforced elastomer middle rings and a back ring into one groove, so the stack can be adjusted to the duty rather than replaced as a unit. Suited to presses, heavy plant and high pressure rod applications. Stocked in Chennai by Raj Trading Corporation.

Wiper Seals
Rod wipers and scrapers that keep dust, grit and water spray out of a hydraulic cylinder, which is what decides how long the rod seal behind them lasts. Rod & Piston PU Seal + O-Ring
Polyurethane U-rings energised by an elastomer O-ring, which keeps the lip loaded at low pressure where a plain U-cup can weep. Symmetrical, so K920 and K921 fit rod or piston applications from the same part. Supplied from Chennai for cylinder builders and maintenance departments.

Pneumatic Series
The full Kastas pneumatic programme, K25 through K65: piston seals, combi seals that seal and guide from one groove, single acting piston U-seals, end-of-stroke cushioning seals and magnetic piston seals for sensed cylinders. Pneumatic profiles are cut for low breakaway friction and for dry or minimally lubricated running, which is why a hydraulic seal of the same bore is usually the wrong part in an air cylinder.
